What to expect

The first treatment will include a consultation to give the therapist an idea of the client's desired outcome. 

 

For sports/injury massage, an examination by the therapist will establish whether the treatment is suitable for the client and a treatment plan decided. 

 

During the treatment the therapist uses towel techniques to ensure that the client feels comfortable. The therapist will expose the area they are going to work on; the rest of the body will remain covered.
